That starts with RESPECT and continues with not only giving special attention to the needs of that person, but it goes along with trying to help the person achieve their goals and expectations.
We feel that the ultimate goal in the alpaca community is to achieve the results that are wanted. In order to do this we must assess each case by itself and help guide everyone to get the fulfillment desired. We feel that the alpacas need to be kept healthy and are to be totally cared for.
We do feel that the alpaca business can be very rewarding financially and also create a wonderful lifestyle. We have heard from several people who have been in this business since the inception of imports into the United States. They all agree that the future has not even begun to be tapped. The fleece business will be a wonderful use of the luxurious fiber that is produced. Many owners have entered their alpacas into shows and have had super results. Other owners feel the necessity to breed for confirmation. Yet others have decided that the direction they are striving for is to be selling the offspring. There are so many different reasons to raise alpacas. It is up to you as to what you want in your future.
The main thing that we have noticed is that there is definitely a want and desire to have this be a profitable venture. Here at Fab Ulous Alpacas we strive to achieve this.
